Returns
Due to the nature of our products we don't offer returns or refunds for 'change of mind'.
We will remedy a situation where:
- You receive the wrong order
- Your order is faulty; OR
- Your order arrives damaged
Please inspect your order upon receipt.
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please reach out to our team immediately with your query hello@ondomotion.com so we can evaluate and rectify it as quickly as possible.
Please ensure to include:
- Clear pictures of the damage/issue (taken at the time of delivery)
- Your order number
- Short description of the issue
Change-of-mind purchases are not eligible for refunds.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@ondomotion.com.
