Shipping policy
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped via Australia Post, and we work hard to ensure fast and efficient delivery. While we strive to dispatch orders within 24 hours, occasional delays may occur due to high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances.
Order Processing & Dispatch
We process, pack, and ship orders Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase. However, during periods of high demand, dispatch times may be extended.
Delivery Timeframes
We offer standard shipping via Australia Post. Delivery times vary depending on your location and Australia Post’s network. Remote or rural areas may experience longer transit times. The estimated transit time is noted at the checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to follow your shipment’s progress. You can track your order via the Australia Post tracking system.
Shipping Delays & Responsibility
Once your order has been collected by Australia Post, shipping times are beyond our control.
- While we do everything possible to ship orders quickly, delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, peak periods, or external factors.
- If your tracking shows no updates after 10 business days, please reach out to us, and we will assist in following up with Australia Post.
- In rare cases, dispatch delays may also occur due to an influx of orders. If this happens, we will notify you via email.
Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Ondo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "delivered" by Australia Post.
If your order is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it:
Check your tracking number for the most recent update.
Verify your shipping address on your order confirmation email.
Check with neighbours or your local post office in case the package was left there.
If you still cannot locate your package, please contact Australia Post directly for assistance.
For any concerns, reach out to our team, and we’ll do our best to assist.
Returns Due to Incorrect Address
- If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense.
- If the package is undeliverable and returned to us, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
